‹ Voltar para Inclusão de pessoas com deficiência é fundamental para a implementação da Agenda 2030
A student poses in the classroom. 38 year old Ronald Joseph lost both his legs in a motorcycle accident in 1997. On march 11, 2011 with the help of the non government organization Help for Haiti, Joseph transformed his personal loss into a communal gain by opening a school for handicapped children in the poor and often volatile Cite Soleil. Currently the one room school helps 50 children from the neighborhood but expansion plans are already underway.
